  • To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be requested at least 3 days before the renewal date.

  • Upon successful cancellation, you will continue to have access to the subscribed service until the end of your current billing period.

1.2. Custom Software Development / Project-Based Services

  • For projects that are ongoing, cancellations can be requested before the development phase begins.

  • Once the project enters the development stage, cancellation will result in a pro-rated charge for the work completed up to the cancellation date.

  • Any third-party tool costs, licenses, or resources purchased on behalf of the client are non-refundable.

1.3. Trial Periods

  • If a free trial is offered, customers may cancel at any time during the trial period without incurring charges.

  • After the trial ends, standard subscription or project billing applies unless canceled beforehand.

2. Refund Policy

We strive to deliver the best experience, but if you are not satisfied with our software or services, you may be eligible for a refund under the following terms:

2.1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only applicable under these conditions:

  • For Custom Development Services:

    • Refunds are available only if the project has not yet started.

    • If the project has begun, a pro-rated refund will be issued for unused hours after deducting the cost of completed work.

  • For One-Time Software Purchases:

    • Refunds are only allowed if you experience a technical issue that our support team cannot resolve within 14 days of delivery.

2.2. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after project initiation or subscription activation.

  • Failure to use the product, service, or subscription.

  • Requests made after the refund eligibility period.

  • Issues arising from third-party software, tools, or integration failures.

  • For any marketing services, once the service given, wouldn't be refunded.

3. Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund:

  3. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
